The hotel provided a very clean environment. The air conditioning was turned on prior to my arrival, this was especially appreciated during a heatwave. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The location offered convenient access to Termini and the city center.

the breakfast offered fresh fruit. the staff provided excellent service and were really friendly. i found several good restaurants located very close to the hotel.
the walls seemed a little thin, so i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

the location was so central. it made exploring the city super easy. the staff, they was always smiling and ready to help, . the superior double or twin room was also very very comfy and tidy, a real treat after a long day.
the breakfast buffet could have been better. it needed a bit more variety. the air conditioning wasn't as strong as i wanted, i prefer the room cooler. the noise level from the street was a problem. early morning traffic woke me up some days.

Romantic getaway, a perfect stay

I arrived very early, around 10:00 a.m. I wanted to drop off my bags and check in later. The receptionist was gracious and kind. He arranged for my room quickly as he knew i was tired. It only took 10 minutes before i had my room ready!
The bathroom looks so beautiful. the smooth marble floors could be VERY dangerous when wet. A rubber mat and a safety bar in the shower would prevent accidents.

The location proves convenient for exploring local attractions easily, it provided short walks to the train station and main attractions. The area also offers a vibrant atmosphere including many shops and restaurants. Access to transportation was very convenient.

The room had a modern design and was super clean, the air conditioning provided needed comfort from the summer heat. Beddings were comfortable for quality sleep, I was relieved. Overall cleanliness contributed to a pleasant stay.
